Puja & Consultations

Yes. We conduct both livestreamed and on-site pujas. For online pujas, you receive a private link and sankalp details; after completion we share photos/videos and digital prasad (where allowed).

Choose a suitable slot during checkout or message us on WhatsApp/Email. Sessions are 20–30 minutes to understand your intent and recommend the right puja, daan, mantra, or remedy.

Yes. We accommodate preferred temples (subject to schedule/permissions), regional traditions, language, and gotra/sankalp details for a personalized experience.

You receive a concise completion update with photos/videos (where permitted), puja date/time, and any guidance from the priest. Physical prasad is shipped when applicable.
Daan, Seva & Donations

Yes. We coordinate temple daan/seva and trusted charity donations. Receipts and utilization updates are provided wherever institutions allow.

This depends on the receiving organization and your country’s law. If a temple/NGO offers eligible receipts (e.g., 80G in India), we will share the documentation accordingly.

Absolutely. Popular options include brass/bronze, specific sizes, mantra engravings, and custom finishes. Custom crafting typically takes 15–30 days.

Yes. We source tested, high-purity metals. Patina is natural; maintain with mild cleansers and a soft cloth. Care instructions are included with each order.

Shipping, Payments & Returns

Yes, we ship globally with tracking. Typical timelines: India: 3–7 business days; International: 7–14 business days. Duties/taxes are as per destination country.

We accept major cards, UPI, net banking, and international card/transfer options (country-specific). For large or bespoke orders, bank transfer is recommended.

For damaged/incorrect items, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or resolution. Custom-made items are not returnable unless damaged/defective on arrival.
